I am so glad we hired Frank. Our remodel with McSwain Builders was a super smooth process, surpassing all my expectations. We purchased a condo in Snowmass that was about 40 years old and needed a complete overhaul. We also live out of state and would be unable to visit the jobsite, so I needed a contractor I could trust.  Frank listened well, understood our vision, and made good recommendations based on what was feasible for our space. He has fantastic attention to detail and is responsive and transparent with his communication. Small hitches (and I mean really small given the size of the job) were handled with extreme professionalism. And he was FULL service, hauled away the old furniture and built our new furniture. He even made the beds, so that our first visit in our new condo would be 100% stress free. I wish I could move him to Texas to remodel our primary residence!
